Order Processing
As each artwork is handcrafted or carefully prepared before dispatch, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll notify you by email.

Shipping Charges

Warli Art Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments).
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Photos of the damaged packaging and artwork (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at warliartstudio1728@gmail.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
