At Warli Art Studio, every painting is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. Since our products are original works of art, we encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and images before placing an order.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You receive a damaged artwork.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled by Warli Art Studio.
- Your order is cancelled by us before shipment.
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect product selection
- Minor variations in color, texture, or brushstrokes due to the handmade nature of the artwork
- Custom or personalized paintings
- Commissioned artwork
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the artwork
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we may offer:
- A replacement
- An exchange
- A full or partial refund, where appropriate
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
If payment has already been processed, an eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when:
- We shipped the wrong item.
- The artwork was damaged during transit.
- The return or refund is due to an error on our part.
7. Return of Artwork
In some cases, we may request that the artwork be returned before processing a refund or replacement.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
8. Failed Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
- An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the delivery
any refund will be assessed after the order is returned to us. Shipping and handling charges may be deducted where applicable.
