At Warli Art Studio, every painting is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy before placing your order.

Returns

As our products are original handcrafted artworks, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect selection
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or brushstrokes (these are natural characteristics of handmade artwork)

We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong artwork.
  • The artwork arrived damaged due to shipping.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been reviewed and, where applicable, returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Original hand-painted artworks
  • Custom or personalized artwork
  • Commissioned paintings
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
