1. Are your paintings original?

Yes. Every artwork at Warli Art Studio is an original hand-painted creation. We do not sell mass-produced or machine-made paintings. Each piece is individually crafted, making every artwork unique.

2. Are these paintings handmade?

Absolutely. All our paintings are carefully hand-painted using acrylic colors on premium gallery-wrapped canvas.

3. Will my painting look exactly like the product photos?

Because each artwork is handmade, slight variations in brushstrokes, texture, and color are natural. These small differences make every painting one of a kind while staying true to the original design.

4. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality acrylic paints and premium gallery-wrapped canvases to create durable and vibrant artwork that is ready to display.

5. Are the paintings ready to hang?

This depends on the product. Please refer to the individual product description for details about hanging hardware and display options.

6. Do you offer custom paintings?

Yes. We welcome custom artwork requests based on size, colors, or themes. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location within India and the shipping partner.

8. Do you ship across India?

Yes. We currently ship to locations across India.

9. Can I return my painting?

As our artworks are original and handcrafted, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work to resolve the issue.

10. What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the artwork
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

12. How do I care for my painting?

To keep your artwork looking its best:

Keep it away from direct sunlight for extended periods.
Avoid excessive moisture and humidity.
Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
Do not use water or chemical cleaners on the painted surface.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout. Accepted options may include major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods supported by our payment gateway.

14. Do you offer gift packaging?

If you require gift packaging or have a special request, please contact us before placing your order. We'll let you know what options are available.
